Rising home prices tops the list of home buyer concerns this year, a shift from last year when nearly half of buyers said their chief concern was the limited number of homes for-sale.

In this year's survey, nearly 27 percent of respondents cited high or rising home prices as their top concern. Another 17 percent of respondents said they were most concerned about competition from other buyers.

This exciting event is more than just a run, it’s also a BBQ picnic with live music! It's a day for the whole family with a 5k, 10k, and free Fun Run through Mooresville, NC. The courses start just outside of the Mooresville High School stadium, wind through scenic Mooresville, then finish on the stadium track! After the run, relax and enjoy music and BBQ from 10am until 2pm. Proceeds will benefit MHS athletics.
