Golf season is here and the Charlotte weather is perfect to hit the links! One of my father's lifetime goals was to get a hole in one. Proud moment to witness on March 25th, he did it! It was 139 yards, par 3 (the 7th hole@Skybrook). He used a 5 iron and sure enough, the BOB ball was in the hole. It made a great day even better! We enjoyed the rest of the round (Rob won) and topped off the night with a meal at Micky and Mooch. A day we will never forget!

1. Depersonalize
- remove pictures and other items specific to your family
- put your essentials away in an accessable box
- remove or replace built-in items that you want to take with you
2. De-Clutter
- trash or donate what you don't need anymore

- consider renting a storage unit
3. Organize

- organize your closet
4. Repair

- fix any leaky faucets
- address doors that creak or drawers that jam
5. Clean
- wax wooden floors and steam carpets. Clean and vacuum daily
- dust furniture, fixtures, and those hard to reach spaces
- in the bathroom, re-caulk around tub and sink. Polish metals.
6. Spruce Outside
- mow and maintain your lawn
- clean your windows and pressure wash the exterior
- trim shrubbery around the house
